But when the dose is below 10ppm, lethal effects and inhibitioneffects on the growth and development of ACB in varying degrees are observed.The lethal effects is closely correlated to the concentration of the dose.Moreover, the time of exposure also closely correlated to the inhibition effects,a shorter time of exposure also results in inhibition.The results of our experiment indicate that DFBZ can be used as new typepesticide of low pollution to control ACB.This study provides some informations to the field trial and application.

本文报道昆虫生长调节剂灭幼脲Ⅰ号(Diflubellzuron)对亚洲玉米螟(Ostriniafurlzacalis Guenée)生长发育抑制效应的实验室研究结果。用人工饲养的玉米螟研究了致死剂量与亚致死剂量的灭幼脲Ⅰ号对各发育阶段的影响。证明,在高致死剂量(100ppm)下,幼虫全部死于早期。而在10ppm以下则有不同程度的致死效应及对生长发育的抑制效应。浓度与抑制效应显著相关,而且表现出对低浓度的灭幼脲Ⅰ号有较高的敏感性。还证明灭幼脲Ⅰ号的作用时间也与抑制效应的强度密切相关,而且短时间的取食就可产生抑制效应。表明灭幼脲Ⅰ号是可以用于控制玉米螟的一种低公害的新型杀虫剂。本试验为田间试验及应用提供一些实验依据。

Activities of y-glutamyl transpeptidase (y-GTP) in the midgut, Malpighian tubules, posterior silkgland, fat body and integument of the eri-silkworm Plmlosamia cynthict ricini were determined by using y-glutemyl-r-natroanilidae as the substrate. The specific activities in Malpighian tubules and midgut were higher than in other tissues. Activities of y-glutamyl transpeptidase (y-GTP) in the midgut, Malpighian tubules, posterior silkgland, fat body and integument of the eri-silkworm Plmlosamia cynthict ricini were determined by using y-glutemyl-r-natroanilidae as the substrate. The specific activities in Malpighian tubules and midgut were higher than in other tissues. The r-GTP activities in these two tissues reached the maxima on the second day to the fourth day of the fifth instar, since then they began to decline rapidly. The r-GTP activity in the fat body and integument rose to maxima just after pupation and then decreased and became virtually undeteetable at the close of pupal stage. But the r-GTP activity in the fat body would rise again after adult; emergence.The biochemical study on. the cri-silkworm r-GTP revealed that, the essential amino acids required for insect growth could serve very well as the receptors of this enzyme. The optimal pH for the y-GTP activity ranged from 8.0 to 9.0 in different tissues. The enzymie activity was sensitive to the inhibition of L- and D-r-glutamyl-(O-carboxy)-phenyl-hydi-azide and scrine-borax.Our study confirms that y-GTP is intimately related to amino acid absorption, transportation and transformation and finally to protein synthesis aaid development of the eri-silkworm.

L-γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GTP)广泛分布在蓖麻蚕Philosamia cynthia ricini的中肠、马氏管、后丝腺、脂肪体、体壁等组织中;并存在于蚕个体发育中的各个阶段。酶活力以马氏管、中肠为最大。在五龄蚕前中期各组织均显示γ-GTP最大活力。在脂肪体和表皮组织中,蛹形成时又分别出现γ-GTP活力峰。昆虫生长发育必需的10种氨基酸均是蚕各组织γ-GTP酶促反应的受体。这些结果表明,γ-GTP作为L-γ-谷氨酰循环中一个关键酶,在蓖麻蚕体内对氨基酸的吸收和转运起着重要作用。

(b) The amounts of Cinara sp., Dioryctria, splnuliddla and Oligonyclius berless in treated trees reduced, (c) The concentration of total nitrogen, crude cellulose and crude ash content in foliage and bark increased, but. the concentration of soluble sugars decreased. The statistical analysis indicated that all above mentioned results bad significant difference in comparasion with control trees. The results showed that the application of nitrogen fertilizer not only improved growth and development, of the trees, but, also improved the resistance of trees to the insect pests. The main reason for this was the great changes in nutrient composition of the trees, which affected the development and reproduction of the pests.

本文探讨了油松施氮肥后的抗虫效应。1981—1983年试验油松每年以两种方法施尿素5次。根施尿素每次用量为0.1和0.2公斤/株或采用重量比是1:200的尿素溶液进行叶面喷雾。实验结果如下:(1)枯梢率低于对照树;(2)松大蚜、松梢螟和红蜘蛛的虫口数量减少;(3)树皮和树叶中的总氮量、粗纤维素、粗灰分含量增加,而可溶性糖含量下降。经统计分析,上述结果和对照树相比有显著差异。结果表明,施氮肥不仅会增强树势,还会增强树的抗虫性而减轻虫害。我们认为,其主要作用机理是树木营养成分的明显改变影响了昆虫的生长发育和繁殖。
