The main purpose of this paper is to use a dual-feed recirculation system to inhibit geysering in cryogenic propellant transfer system. The main purpose of this paper is to use a dual-feed recirculation system to inhibit geysering in cryogenic propellant transfer system. A modeling experiment is made with liquid nitrogen as a working fluid. The effects of different insulation, tank pressure and injection situations on the precooling process were investigated. From the result, it is clear that the nature circulation occurs in the recirculation utilizing dual-feed system. The method of experiment can provide possible way to reduce or eliminate geysering in cryogenic propellant transfer system.

为了抑制火箭发动机中低温推进剂输送管路中产生的间歇泉现象,采用液氮为工质,进行了低温推进剂双管输送循环预冷模拟实验研究。研究了输送管壁不同绝热条件、贮箱增压及气体引射对自然循环预冷过程的影响。通过实验获得了循环管路的循环压差及管路温度分布。结果表明:管壁绝热条件相差越大,循环压差越大;贮箱压力增大,循环压差降低;气体引射的作用不大;双管输送循环预冷系统中的低温流体形成了自然循环,可以有效抑止低温推进剂输送管路中的间歇泉现象产生。

The thermal conductivity of polyurethane foamed plastic and CO2 condensation vacuum insulation layer we tested by calorimetry method respectedly in this paper. The results were showed that the insulated effect of CO2 vacuum layer was better than polyurethane foamed plastic but difficulty in engineering.

采用了外加循环支管方式抑制火箭发动机中低温推进剂输送管路中产生的间歇泉现象,对外加支管的低温推进剂单管输送循环预冷系统进行了数值模拟及实验研究。研究了在外加循环支管的管路结构下,增压对循环预冷过程的影响。实验结果表明:单管输送系统中采用外加循环支管的方式可以使整个管路形成循环,这种方法可以有效抑制低温推进剂输送管路中间歇泉现象的产生。
