This paper deals with the optimization of universal machine tool gear trains. The method of barrier function is used for converting the constrained optimization into the unconstrained one, The variable metric method (D. F. P) is used for optimization of parameters of machine tool gear trains, i. e. the objective function obtains minimum value by satisfying the constraint conditions in order to determine the optimal parameters of machine tool gear trains3 the transmission ratio, the speeds and diameters of the shafts, the moduls , number of teeth and pitch circle diameters of the gear, etc. The authors have employed the method of extended boundaries of constraints, The optimizing process is checked by original constraints in order to decrease the difference between the calculating and actual minimum values of the objective function. This increases the effect of the optimization. When the method of barrier function is used, the starting point must exist within permissible areas For this purpose in this program the permissible starting point can be automatically searched by the computer.

本文对通用机床主传动系统优化设计进行了初步的研究和探讨。采用内惩罚函数法把有约束问题化为无约束问题处理,用变尺度法(D、F、P)优化机床主传动系统的参数。即在满足约束条件下,使目标函数达到极小值,以确定最优的主传动系统的设计参数:传动比、传动轴转速、传动轴直径、齿轮齿数、模数和分度圆直径等。 为使目标函数达到极小值,作者采用了扩大约束边界的方法,并用原约束函数加以监视。以减少目标函数的计算极小值和实际极小值的误差,提高了优化的效果。 采用内惩罚函数法(内点法),要求初始点必须在可行域内。为此,本程序设有计算机自动寻找可行起始点。

In this paper, a detailed dynamic model for three-shaft marine gas turbine is esta-blished. Consequently, with some modifi- cations, a linear model can be used to calculate the transients of the nonlinear systems under large perturbations. This method is a useful tool for design, parameter optimi-zation and site adjustment of control systems. The computer programm based on this method is versatile, and can be used for estimating dynamic behaviour of gas turbines of different types under small or large perturbations, also, for steady performance stu-dy of the gas turbines.

本文以船用三轴燃气轮机为研究对象,建立了详细的动态数学模型。文中提出了以非稳态工况为小偏差线性化的起点,每一小步都以前一步所达到的非稳态工况为起始零点,用非稳态变工况的方法进行校正,不断更换所有方程中的系数值的计算方法。从而,用小偏差的线性数学模型,进行适当修改后,可以用来求取非线性系统在大扰动下的过渡过程。这对调节系统的设计、参数选择和现场调试是一个有用的工具。按上述方法编制的计算机程序有较大的通用性,能用于不同类型的燃气轮机,不仅能求得大、小扰动的过渡过程,也能用于求解稳态变工况的参数。
