There are two problems for estimates of researching R&D projects, The static estimates firstly are given and then dynamic estimates. The fuzzy dynamic estimate model is developed by the theories of fuzzy and the methods of dynamic estimates on series of times, Besides the paper also discusses the coefficients on series of times and give a case according to the investigation in the aeronautical enterprise. 企业在研究R＆D项目评价的关键是解决二个问题.一是项目在某时间点上的静态评价;二是项目在时间序列上的动态评价.本文引入Fuzzy理论及时间序列的动态评价方法,建立了R＆D项目中止决策的Fuzzy动态综合评判模型.另外还对时间序列的权重向量做了探讨.根据某企业的R＆D项目的调查,给出了一个案例. This paper discussed the significance and characters of R&D projecttermination decision, reviewed simply on the studing status of R&D terminationdecision at home and abroad. Finally, the paper diseussed some problems abaut the R&D termination decision. They are thought,methods,and further studies. 本文论述了Ｒ＆Ｄ项目中止决策的要义及特征；对国内外中止决策研究状况作了简要的评述；提出有关Ｒ＆Ｄ项目中止决策研究的思考，内容包括：认识问题、方法问题、进一步研究的问题 his paper is started from a brief review of the current state of R&D projecttermination decisions both at home and abroad. It develops a method for these decisions through introducing fuzzy mode identification illustrated by an example. Finally, the author of the paper offers several advisgs when this new approach is put in application. 本文在对国内外Ｒ＆Ｄ项目中止决策研究简况进行述评的基础上，根据中止决策的实质及模式识别的基本原理，提出Ｒ＆Ｄ项目中止决策分析的Ｆｕｚｙ模式识别方法，并提供一个示例，最后，本文就这种方法的应用提出有关建议
