以3龄健康棉铃虫幼虫为供试昆虫,测定棉铃虫核型多角体和质型多角体在幼虫体内分别连续继代后的毒力变化。就质型多角体而言,不论是病毒的致死剂量(LD)还是致死时间(LT)均随着继代次数的增加而升高,继代10次后的病毒致死活性平均丧失59.3%,与未经继代的病毒相比.LD_(50)增加103倍,LT_(50)平均延长4.435d;而核型多角体在继代过程中的毒力未见显著变化,提示核型多角体与质型多角体在宿主昆虫内连续继代的遗传学行为有可能不同。

Transgene, a concept becoming more and more widely used in modern molecular biology research, has been used to refer to all the foreign genes which were reconstructed and transfered by genetic engineering strategies, and then stably integrated into the genomes of higher eukaryotic cells. The types of transgene structure, its genetic behavior in the recipient cells, the characteristics of transgene expression,the factors involved in the expression regulation and the biological effects of the transgenes are reviewed....

Transgene, a concept becoming more and more widely used in modern molecular biology research, has been used to refer to all the foreign genes which were reconstructed and transfered by genetic engineering strategies, and then stably integrated into the genomes of higher eukaryotic cells. The types of transgene structure, its genetic behavior in the recipient cells, the characteristics of transgene expression,the factors involved in the expression regulation and the biological effects of the transgenes are reviewed. The unknown problems in the transgenic research are illustrated. The necessity of doing the systematical research about the molecular biological characteristics of the transgenes is pointed out.

现代分子生物学研究中,转基因概念的出现越来越频繁,它渐渐被用来表示所有的用基因工程手段构建、导入高等真核生物细胞,并稳定地整合入受体基因组的外源DNA.文章较系统地总结了已见报道的转基因的结构类型、它在受体细胞内的遗传学行为、表达特性和影响因素及其相应的生物学效应;分析了转基因研究中尚待研究的问题,提出了系统地进行转基因本身的分子生物学特性研究的必要性

Objective:To investigate variation of ambulatory blood pressure(ABP) in middle school teachers during various kinds of activities such as work,teaching,movement and rest.Methods:Spacelabs monitoring instrument was used all day long for automatic recording.The recording indexes include:systolic blood pressure(SBP),diasolic blood pressure(DBP),mean artery pressure,heart rate and so on.The qualified recordings were over 80%.Results:The mean blood pressure value in 24 hours was 19.39 ± 2.39 / 11.99 ± 1.12...

Objective:To investigate variation of ambulatory blood pressure(ABP) in middle school teachers during various kinds of activities such as work,teaching,movement and rest.Methods:Spacelabs monitoring instrument was used all day long for automatic recording.The recording indexes include:systolic blood pressure(SBP),diasolic blood pressure(DBP),mean artery pressure,heart rate and so on.The qualified recordings were over 80%.Results:The mean blood pressure value in 24 hours was 19.39 ± 2.39 / 11.99 ± 1.12 kPa.The load SBP and DBP showed significant differences between the nocturnal and diurnal time(P< 0.01 ).The variation between DBP and SBP load was significant(P< 0.01 ).Besides,the nocturnal and diurnal rhythm of ABP showed obvious abnormalities (In the nocturnal time,77% showed decrease less than 10% of the blood pressure.The mean blood pressure of the nocturnal time was higher than that of the daytime,accounting for 15% of the blood pressure.Conclusion:The nocturnal and diurnal rhythm in teachers with essential hypertension shows clear abnormalities,the wave altitude becomes less or disappears.All these changes relate to intense and heavy work of the teachers,and in certain degree correlate with the biology,genetics,behaviour and social factors.

目的:探讨工作比较紧张的中学教师在工作、教学、运动及休息时的动态血压变化。方法:采用SpacelabsABP监测(ABPM)仪。配带24小时,自动充气测量。记录收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压、心率等数值,有效记录要求在80%以上。结果:24小时动态血压均值为19.39±2.39/11.99±1.12kPa。夜间血压负荷SBP、DBP与白昼相比差异显著,P<0.01,DBP血压负荷与SBP相比差异显著,P<0.01。另外,动态血压昼夜节律明显异常(77%夜间血压下降率<10%),夜间平均血压高于白昼者15%。结论:教师原发性高血压昼夜节律明显异常,波动幅度减小甚至消失。这些改变除教师繁重的工作外,与生物学、遗传学、行为及社会因素有一定关系。
