In this paper, the transport characteristics of the nitrogenous com-pounds in the xylem sap of soybean plant were studied. The results showed that N-fixing soybean plants transported predominately allantoic acid and allantoin in the xylem sap. Ureide (allantoic acid and allantoin) was the intermediate product of nitrogenous metabolism, and the major storage and transport forms of nitrogen in the symbiotic N-fixtion soybean plants. There were only a very low concentration of ureide and a relative higher concentration...

In this paper, the transport characteristics of the nitrogenous com-pounds in the xylem sap of soybean plant were studied. The results showed that N-fixing soybean plants transported predominately allantoic acid and allantoin in the xylem sap. Ureide (allantoic acid and allantoin) was the intermediate product of nitrogenous metabolism, and the major storage and transport forms of nitrogen in the symbiotic N-fixtion soybean plants. There were only a very low concentration of ureide and a relative higher concentration of amino acids in the xylem sap of uninoculated soybean plants supplied with a small quantity of combined nitrogen. The nitrogen transport characteristics in the xylem saps of the soybean plants inoculated with fast and slow-growing R. japonicum strains were the same. Amino acid and ureide have their own regular pattern of daily variation respectively.

本文研究了大豆植株木质部汁液中氮素运输特征。结果表明,依赖共生固氮作用的大豆植株木质部汁液中,含有大量的酰脲(ureide)(尿囊素+尿囊酸),它是大豆—根瘤菌共生固氮中氮素代谢的中间产物,是氮素贮藏和运输的主要形式。在不接菌、而接受少量化合态氮的大豆植株木质部汁液中,只含有少量的酰脲,但含有相对多的氨基酸。接种快生型和慢生型大豆根瘤菌,植株木质部汁液中的氮素运输特征基本相同。氨基酸和酰脲各有自己的日变化规律。

本文对从中国东北地区土壤中分离到的8株弗氏中华根瘤菌(Sinorhizobiumfredit)进行了血清学和氢代谢研究。交叉凝集试验结果表明其中存在3种血清型,而Sj5与国内外目前发现的14种S.fredii接种的大豆依赖共生固氮作用,在其株木质部汁液中,含有大量的酰脲(尿囊酸+尿囊素),它是共生固氮氮素贮存和运输的主要形式,与接种B.japonicum的值株木质部汁液中的氮运输特征基本相同。而施以无机氮源的大豆植株,其木质部汁液中酰脲含量相对较低,但却含有相对多的氮基酸[1]。
