Stress Concentration around the circular opening and also rectangle-circular opening (holes are cut in long strip with circular shape at both ends) at the web of ship I-beams or girders are investigated. The conventional theory of beam analysis was combined with the finite element method, which was applied at the local part of the beam, based on the Basic Units Approach.The main results are presented as follows:1. Stress around the circular and rectangle-circular opening at the web of ship I-beams under the loading of tension, shearing or bending are determined. The simple formulas for stress concentration are obtained at when the diameter of the opening varied from 0.1~0.5 of web high and at the location of hole cutting also changed along the length of the beams.2. Simple formulas for stress concentration are also presented, when the above holes are strengthened by the added strengthening plate with various thickness.3. The stress distribution influenced by the two nearby holes at the ship I-beam are studied. Method to determine the stress concentration around multiple holes along the length of the beam are also presented.The stress calculated by the simple formulas in this paper are compared with the results from photo-elastic experiments and also with the FEM calculations, using the program SAP, for the whole beam. It is verified that the method to determine the stress concentration in ship I-beams with opening presented in this paper is reliable and very simple in use.

本文研究了船舶纵桁、横梁、工字型梁腹板上开圆孔和矩形圆孔(孔开成矩形长条,二端为圆形)后的应力集中.方法是采用梁的解析理论与有限元计算相接合的途径,其中有限元计算是在基本单元法(Basic Units Approach)基础上在梁的局部区进行的.获得了: 1.计算了船用工字梁开圆孔或矩形圆孔后在拉压,剪切和弯曲截荷下的应力,获得了开孔直径在0.1~0.5腹板高变化和开孔位置可沿梁长度方向变化时的孔口应力集中简便计算式. 2.上述孔用不同厚度加厚板加强后的孔口应力集中简便计算式. 3.研究了二孔靠近后对孔口应力分布的影响,提出了梁上开多孔时的应力集中计算方法. 用本文中方法,计算出的应力分别与光弹试验结果及与用有限元对整体梁用SAP程序计算结果进行了对比,表明本文中所提出的方法是可靠的,并且使用很方便.

本文根据迭合梁在使用阶段与条件相同的整体梁弯矩-曲率关系大致呈平行的特点,考虑迭合梁的受力特性,分别建立了钢筋混凝土和预应力混凝土迭合梁在短期荷载下的总刚度公式 B_d。本文 B_d 也可以表示整体梁的刚度,从而使两者统一为一个计算公式;对预应力混凝土迭合梁,且能使当 k_f=1时刚度公式与朱开裂的刚度公式相衔接。用本文 B_d 计算迭合梁的挠度,其精度此现行方法要好,计算工作量也大为减少。

本文将解析分析与有限元数值分析相结合,研究了船舶纵桁和横梁腹板上开圆孔和腰圆孔后的应力集中问题,建立了用于梁结构应力集中的局部应力分析法。获得了:(1)开孔直径在1/10~1/2腹板高度变化范围、开孔位置可沿梁长度方向变化的孔口应力集中简便计算公式;(2)上述孔用不同厚度板加强或用围壁加强后的应力集中简便计算公式;(3)在研究了两个孔靠近后对孔口应力分布的影响后,提出了梁上开多孔时的应力集中计算方法。本文方法计算结果分别与光弹性试验、大型钢模试验结果和有限元法对整体梁的计算结果作了比较,表明本文方法可靠而方便。
