Clinical science data classification is a systematic researchful thesis, while it is one of the basic data standards during the clinical science data center building. It not only has the systematic features of network information organising, but also has special features of clinical science data organising.
The needs analysis of medical science data sharing,resource planning,standards and norms developing,medical science data network construction,medical science data center construction,and local nodes construction are emphatically introduced combining with the practic in data sharing project of national medical science.
Currently, in data center of CAAS, the quantity of existing databases has reach to 65. It is found that for the reason of heterogeneity of database in the aspect of different data structure, there exists some difficulties to access to agricultural data.
Based on the methods of management information system (MIS), this paper uses database technology and information technology. First, the condition of data center of agricultural science of CAAS is analyzed in detail, through analyzing the environment of heterogenous database and the shortcoming of the mode of accessing to heterogenous database, the development of technology of middleware in native and foreign countries is studied, the design of adopting the technology of middleware to access to heterogenous database transparently is brought forward.
Next, by contrast, the middleware technology and current emphasis on study of the integration to access to data in native and foreign countries is studied, the different modes of accessing to heterogenous database are contrasted, and a scheme of middleware of accessing to heterogenous database based on the technology of XML and JAVA is set forth, the design and the realization process of every module are discussed respectively.
