The following result has been discovered that the wear resistance of alloy is a function of hardness and fracture toughness. The 2A14 aluminium alloy large forged rings need thermo-mechanical treatment. The thermo-mechanical treatment processes of the large forged rings were completed in the present dydrodynamic machine by the new cold deformation die and the new parted cold deformation method. The microtructures and mechanical properties of the large forged rings have met consumer requirement.

2A14铝合金大锻环需进行形变热处理。设计了新的冷变形模具,采用新的分段冷变形方法,在现有的水压机上完成了大锻环的形变热处理过程。大锻环的力学性能和显微组织达到了用户的要求。
