In this paper we calculated the temperature fields of high temperature and high pressure vessel by finite element method, and discussed the influences of various factors on the temperature fields. In this paper we calculated the temperature fields of high temperature and high pressure vessel by finite element method, and discussed the influences of various factors on the temperature fields. The calculation results showed that in order to obtain rather homogeneous temperatures in the rock sample it is necessary to select suitable length of the heater and the appropriate winding. In order to decrease the temperature of internal sides of the vessel and the power expense, it is very important to improve the design of the insulator. The results of the calculation for the unstable state pointed out the relationships between the heated rate, the time occurred and the value of maximum temperature difference in the rock sample. At the same time, we obtained results from the analog method by means of resistance network. The results were compared with that of the finite element method, and they are in good agreement.

本文采用有限单元法计算了高温高压容器的温度场,对各种因素进行了分析比较。计算结果表明,为了在岩样内得到均匀的温度场,必须正确地选取电热器长度和电热丝的绕制方式;为了降低简体内壁温度和减少功率消耗,应当改善隔热层的设计。非稳态计算结果指出了加热速率与岩样内最大温差出现的时间和数值的关系。本文同时给出了电阻网络模拟方法所得到的结果,并与有限单元计算结果进行了比较,两者是一致的。

Also discussed are the opening of fractures in reservoirs nearby the bottom of injection wells,size of fractures,contribution of fractures to the absorbability of reservoirs and interferences between the multi-fractured zones etc.in respect to the application of the method in sandstone reservoirs under high-pressure water flooding.Clarification of all these problems may help determine a reasonable range of water-flooding pressure.

本文在大庆油田提高压力注水的情况下,应用数值模拟方法研究了注水井油层垂直和水平裂缝产生的条件,裂缝的大小,裂缝对油层吸水能力的改善,以及多层裂缝之间的干扰等问题。提出研究合理注水压力范围的重要意义。

This paper deals mainly with calculation of heat transmission in the process of heating buried pipelines with hot water flowing in one direction . Since the initial start of buried pipelines results in three-dimen-sional unstable heat transmission , and at initial start the temperature change of the soil around a pipeline is affected by the temperature inside the pipeline and the ground surface temperature annual fluctuation, the differential equation for heat transmission and the boundary value may be linearly concocted into two sets of equations for digital calculation to work out a calculation equation with electronic computer so as to know for sure that the hot water temperature on any location of a preheated pipeline at any time . The calculating method presented herein is applicable to engineering calculation as well.

本文主要研究埋地输油管道热水单向预热过程的传热计算。埋地输油管道启输过程是三维非稳定传热问题,启输过程中管周土壤温度场的变化受管内热水温度和启输前地表面温度年波幅的影响,可将传热微分方程和边值条件线性组合成两个定解问题,用电子计算机进行数值求解,得出计算公式,以确定预热阶段管路任一点任一时刻的热水介质温度。本文建立的计算方法可用于工程计算。
