This paper presents a new algorithm for determing transfer function of SI/SO linear system from its frequency response data. In comparison with other methods proposed by existed references, the algorithm has following features: ( 1 ) The transfer function model is assumed to have the structure of ratio of two complex polynomials with a time delay factor, which has wider applicability; ( 2 ) A relaxing algorithm is used to estimate the time delay parameter as well as the coefficients of polynomials; ( 3 ) The orders of polynomials are determined of itself in calculating program by analysing the distribution of poles and zeros of the model; ( 4 ) The stability of algorithm has been strengthened so that the program is more available. Four examples are illustrated in the paper and compared with results obtained by means of other methods in references.

本文提出一种由SI/SO线性系统频率特性求其传递函数参数模型的算法。与已有的各种方法相比,它具有四个特点:(1)传递函数模型中包含延迟因子,适用范围广泛;(2)可对延迟参数作出估计;(3)通过对模型零、极点分布的分析在程序中自动判定模型的阶次;(4)采取了提高算法稳定性的措施,使计算程序达到实用水平。由于此算法同时解决了模型的结构辨识与参数估计两方面问题,提高了计算程序的效能与通用性。文中给出了四个辨识的例子,并与文献中的方法作了比较。

In this paper, the basic principles of measuring the horizontal displacement by a laser collimator is introduced, the causes of measurement error are investigated and measures to reduce it are proposed. Besides, the results of field tests are presented.

本文介绍用激光照准法测定大坝水平位移的基本原理;讨论准直误差的来源及减小它们所采取的措施;同时给出一些试验现场所获得的效果。激光准直是激光问世后应用最早的技术之一。在一些低精度、短距离的应用(如矿井指向、打桩定位、船体放样等)中容易满足要求,国内外已有各种类型激光照准仪成品出售。但是,在一些高精度、远距离的应用中,如大坝、海堤等的水平位移测量,尚无现成仪器出售,目前仍要靠使用单位自行解决。要制作出能达到实用水平的仪器,就需解决一些原理和技术上的问题。本文结合我们的工作,介绍激光照准仪测定大坝水平位移的基本原理;分析影响准直精度的因素及误差来源;并提出一些减小准直误差的措施及其效果。

An 18-bit analog-to-digital converter has been designed that uses the principle of oversampling rather than the successive-approximation technique of most converters. The design employs a two-stage digital filter/decimator to reduce the sampling rate. Unusual digital filter structures are used to reduce the computation rate to a practical level. Extension to 19 bits and beyond is discussed.
