This paper makes a study of winder of the fiberglass wiredrawing machine with twin-elastic supports, in which the mass of the two supports is an entirety, elastic elements having possessed of not only compressive rigidity but also flexural rigidity. Firstly, the differential equations for the vibration of winders are established,the formula for calculating the inherent frequency are thus induced, however, the relevant formula in the literatures may be included and "considered as of a particular case. Then, the method for calculating kinetic loads acting on the bearings is analysed and the prerequisites of making kinetic loads equal zero are inferred. Also, the relationship between various parameters of winders and their dynamic performances has been studied through theoretical analyses and a series of experiment. The requlations obtained may be available for reference during the designing of winders with twin-elastic supports.

本文所研究的玻璃纤维拉丝机双弹性支承机头,其二支承的质量是一个整体,弹性元件不仅具有压缩刚度,而且具有弯曲刚度。文中首先建立了这种机头的振动微分方程,由此而推出的计算固有频率的公式,可将文献[1]、[3]、[4]中相应的公式作为一种特殊情况包括在內。然后分析了轴承上动载荷的计算方法,导出了使动载荷为零的条件。还通过理论分析和一系列的实验对机头各参数与其动力性能的关系进行了研究,所得出的规律可供设计双弹性支承机头时参考。

本文介绍了纺纱锭子的基本结构;对现有国内外有关锭子的研究文献进行了综述、分析,归纳出纺纱锭子问题产生的原因。最后,根据转子动力学的弹性支承理论及研究文献的综述结果,指出采用双弹性支承等结构是纺纱锭子发展的方向。
