Three Fusarium graminearum toxin-resistant variants,designated asH,H and H,have been selected from a wheat haploid clone H_(16) with the use of thecrude toxin of Fusariunz graminearum No. 4 and the multi-step selection system. Theresistance ability of variant lines against the crude toxin of Fusarium graminearum isstronger than that of the parent and the resistance property of variant lines keeps stableafter the variant lines have been cuLtured in a medium lacking the crude toxin for 6 gen-erations.

1989~1992年以禾谷镰刀菌F_4号菌种的粗毒素为选择剂,采用多步正筛选法,从来源于同一个花粉胚的单倍体细胞无性系H_(16)中筛选出三个抗性细胞系──H,H和H。与亲本系相比,这些变异系具有较强的抗毒素毒害能力,在继代培养6次后,其抗性性状表现稳定。

The variability and the broad-sense heritability of the creeping-rooted character in alfalfa (Medicago media Pies. )were analysed in this study, based on the data accumulated through 1987-1995 on 59 clonal lines. It was observed that in the population of the 4-year-old F! hybrid progeny with both parents being creeping-rooted the percentage of creeping-rooted plants was as high as 64. 2%-76%, while the 4-year-old F1 hybrid progeny with a single parent creeping-rooted showed a lower proportion of creeping-rootedness...

Among individual alfalfa plants the variation in the number of stems from creeping roots and in the extent of their expansion was significant, and it became larger with an increased distance from the crown of the main root:up to 110. 4%-166. 4% at a distance greater than 40 cm. A low degree of heritability was showed for alfalfa plants in relation to, respectively, the number of stems from creeping roots (20. 7%-52. 5%) and the extent of expansion (34. 9%-46%), and it also decreased with an increase in the distance from the crown of the main root of individual plants.The environmental factors had significant influence on the formation of creeping roots.

利用10年积累的两次调查的59个根蘖型苜蓿无性系资料,分析了根蘖性状的变异系数和广义遗传力。研究结果表明:在根蘖与非根蘖植株杂交F_1代群体中,亲本双方均为有根蘖习性的植株F_1代4年生植株发生根蘖的比率较高(64.2%~76.0%);亲本单方为根蘖植株的F_1代4年生植株根蘖发生率较低(10.7%~53.7%)。根蘖型苜蓿群体的根蘖植株枝条数及其伸展范围的变异幅度较大,距主根颈越远处其变异系数越高,40cm外的变异系数达110.4%~166.4%。苜蓿根蘖植株枝条数及其伸展范围的广义遗传力均较低,分别为20.7%~52.5%和34.9%~46.0%,距主根越远范围内根蘖植株枝条数的广义遗传力越低(20.7%),环境因素对根蘖性状的影响较大。
