Among the mediums used, the following three were found to be more effective.The first medium used to induce the callus and miero-embryoid was the basal medium of Murashige and Skoog, supplemented with 7—10%suerose, 5%coconut milk, 0.5—1.0mg/l of 2, 4—D and 0.5—1.0mg/l of kinetin.The second medium used to induce the visible embryoids on the callus was the basal MS medium supplemented with 0.1—0.2mg/l of NAA, 0.2—1.0mg/l of kinetin, 0—10mg/l of hydrolyzed DNA and 7% sucrose. In this medium the amount of mieroelements was two or three times that of the original.The third medium for inducing the plantlets was a modified MS medium which was made by reducing the level of macroelements to 60—80% of the original, doubling the concentration of microelements, raising sucrose level to 5% and adding 2mg/l of GA. An addition of 0.5mg/l of kinetin and 0.5mg/l of BAP would stimulate the abnormal plantlet to sprout true leaves and become a normal one.The best time for transferring the callus seems to be 45 to 50 days after the anther has been cultured.The inductivity of embryoids and plantlets varied significantly with the clones used and the flowering seasons.Systematologieat and cytological studies suggest that the plantlets are originated in somatic cells of the anther.

The paper mainly discusses the feasibility of puncture tapping on immature buddings of clone GT1. The paper mainly discusses the feasibility of puncture tapping on immature buddings of clone GT1. The results of the trial for 1976-1980 showed that, when exploiting intensity and stimulating intensity were properly regulated to change the partition ratios of assimilates and improve the economic parameters,young buddings with girth of 50 cm and above gave higher dry rubber yield with puncture tapping than with conventional tapping (S/2·d/2) or tapping with stimulation in the same frequency and, in addition, less girth retardation was recorded. For 30-49cm girth trees, however, puncture tapping resulted in low dry rubber yield, low average yield increase rate, low partition rate of rubber and serious girth retardation. Thus, in order to open earlier for tapping and minimize the adverse effects of puncture tapping, the criterion for puncture tapping on young buddings of GT1 on Hainan Island should be 50% of the trees in a plantation having attained girth of 45cm and more at one meter above the ground.The recovery of latex yielding ability at puncture points is also studied. The results showed that, after 3 years' rest, the original puncture points on trees with girth of 50 cm and above reached the yield level equivalent to that of conventional tapping on virgin bark at the same height,but the original puncture points on trees with girth below 50cm requied more time for recovevy. No obvious adverse effects were observed.

本文供试材料为GT1,主要探索幼龄胶树提早采胶的可能性。1976-1980年试验表明,树围50厘米以上的幼树,在合适的刺激强度和采胶强度的调控下,改变了光合产物的分配率,提高了经济系数,干胶产量不仅比常规刀割高,而且比同采次的刺激刀割高,树围生长抑制亦较少,树围30~49厘米的幼树,干胶产量、产量递增率和干物质分配率均较低,树围生长抑制严重。因此,从适当提早投产,又尽量减少副作用考虑,初步认为,海南地区无性系GT1以离地100厘米处有50%树围达到45厘米以上为针刺采胶标准。本文还研究了原针孔产胶机能的恢复状况。结果表明,树围50厘米以上的胶树,原针孔经三年再生,已达到同高度原生皮的产胶水平,树围50厘米以下的幼树尚未完全恢复。其它副作用尚不显著。
